We have a simple aim for Arctechpro.....   to make it the only software (other than CAD) that your architect or engineering practice needs to run its operation.


The system can be used for sharing drawings with the project team, logging time to keep an eye on the profitability of projects, creating & emailing inspection reports while on-site (using the app), document management, invoicing, custom report templates, reporting and many more features.


BIM Level 2

Using the CDE built into the system you can run your projects in accordance with ISO19650 / BS1192. File naming conventions can be enforced, sanctions & shares created and the document controller and information manager can carry out all other necessary operations.

Time Management

Now more than ever, having an easy system for staff to log their hours in imperative. You can use the system not only to analyse where time is being spent but also to schedule staff resources.


The system will alert staff when they are nearing the allocated hours for a work stage so they can flag up if they are a long way from being finished.

Project Reporting

With a wealth of information about your project in the system, you have detailed reporting at your fingertips. Intuitive and easy to use, our reporting suite will give you the information you want…. and if it doesn’t we are happy to write you a custom report !

Inspections / Snags / Surveys

Ability to create custom forms / surveys / reports that that be populated using the app and create the finished document directly on the system.

Generally used for property surveys, quality control checksheets etc

Outlook Integration

Save emails directly from Outlook into a project with our custom outlook add-in. From within the email pane right click on an email and choose a project, or use keywords for our system to find the relevant project automatically.

Office Admin

With a wealth of features for managing the office ArctechPro covers off many adhoc areas that often end up in excel spreadsheets. Staff expenses, CDP tracker, holiday calendar are among the favourites with our users. 

About Wildcard Software & ArctechPro

ArctechPro was conceived in early 2013, coming about as a result of the experience one of the company directors had with the complete refurbishment of his own home. His contact with the architects, engineers & contractors over the duration of the project illustrated to him just how complicated & messy construction can be - and that was only a domestic dwelling!


With this in mind, we researched the market and eventually ArctechPro was developed. We still have regular development cycles incorporating feedback on usability and functionality from our users, a process which we think differentiates us from our competition. If you are using the system and would like to speak directly to a senior member of the development team, you can!



It means that the person bringing about the solution hears the problem directly from the user, so nothing gets lost in translation.

ArctechPro App

The arctechpro app compliments the online system and gives access to drawings, contacts and project information. Using it you can take photos on-site, create a report and email it and when you get back to the office it will have syncronised back to the online system.
