BIM Level 2

Using the CDE built into the system you can run your projects in accordance with ISO19650 / BS1192.


File naming conventions can be enforced, sanctions & shares created and the document controller and information manager can carry out all other necessary operations.


The system is designed to be easy to use rather than strictly adhering to multiple complicated rule sets.


Drawing Issue

Use our repository to upload your projects drawing, create shares and issue documents.


Document issues are numbered and dated on a PDF drawing register containing version and issue history. This PDF is sent by email as an attachment.


A link embedded in the document allows the recipient to access the relevant documents in the share.


Invoice / Accounts

Our book-keeping section will allow you to bill your clients and follow up with statements / aged debtors report and credit notes.


ArctechPro can also integrate easily with accounts packages such as Sage / Xero / Quickbooks.


Weekly Scheduling

If you have a larger team, have your staff schedule their time in advance, so project leaders know that sufficient time is being allocated to their project in order to meet agreed timelines.




Document Management

Use our outlook integration to save emails to your project directly from your inbox.


Create your standard documents from templates with project data pre filled, and created custom forms that can be populated from our app.
